Keepsake Family Moments Music Policy
Keepsake Family Moments will use
the following music sources in the development of your video:
1) A wide array of instrumental music options that we have
the rights to in styles that range from quiet/relaxed to upbeat.
2) Music that you currently own in either CD or cassette tape
format.
3) If you do not own the music selections you want to include,
we will legally purchase them and pass along the cost and
the CD to you after production is complete.
4) We will only accept homemade CD's of music if you can provide
the original CD or the inserts to the original jewel case
to prove that you legally purchased the music and did not
bootleg it off of the Internet.
5) There are no exceptions to the above rules due to the copyright
implications.
Reproduction of any Keepsake Family Moments/Keepsake Family
Tree Video video, song, poem, genealogy chart, online photo
album, or miscellaneous Keepsake photo products for the purpose
of sale, profit and distribution to others outside of the
customer's immediate family and circle of friends is strictly
prohibited without express permission from Keepsake Family
Moments/Keepsake Family Tree Video. Permission should
be requested in writing by notifying Keepsake Family Moments
at the following address:
